Every module feeds job costing, so the margin you see is the margin you made.
Field estimates
Build estimates on site: labour at your shop rate, flat-rate lines, and your own saved line categories. Customer and job-site addresses, with a map link. Acceptance is recorded with the signer's name.
Deposits and invoices
Accepting an estimate issues the deposit invoice. The final invoice nets the paid deposit, so the contract is counted once. Invoice numbers are assigned at issue, keeping the sequence gapless. Payments are recorded as they come in.
Quote requests and photos
Customers send a quote request with up to 12 photos or videos. Requests land in one inbox; a won request becomes a customer and a job. Arrival and progress photos stay on the job, and a job cannot close without a completion photo.
Your shop website
A public site for your shop with a quote form, a project gallery and moderated customer reviews with photos (location data stripped). Every reviewer is offered the link to post on Google too, whatever their rating.
Analytics dashboard
66 charts in 11 sections, including A/R aging, over any range from 7 days to all time. Each user picks the sections and tiles they want to see.
Roles that fit a shop
Owner, office, estimator and shop roles. Shop staff and estimators never see costing or margin, and the shop floor never sees a dollar figure. Every change is written to an audit log.
Email from your own domain
Estimates and account emails go out from your shop's domain, with replies routed to your inbox. Sign-in with lockout after repeated failures, idle time-outs and self-service password reset.
